Most people consider Princess Anne Manor and Princess Gardens one in the same. That being said, the area west of Kipling Avenue is well known as Princess Gardens with the area east of the avenue known as Princess Anne Manor.

Princess Anne Manor and Princess Gardens was developed by Home Smith and Company, the same company that developed other communities including Old Mill, The Kingsway and Humber Valley Village.
From the early days, Princess Anne Manor and Princess Gardens has been a popular place for families to settle down. By the time the 1960’s came to an end, the neighborhood has reached full development.
