History
The history of this neighbourhood dates back to the 1850’s when Thomas Madill settled in the area.

Kingsview Village as it is seen today began development in the late 1950’s. During the early 1960’s development came to an end, with most of the houses in the area constructed during this time.

Homes
Kingsview Village is known for its mix of home styles, including but not limited to: story and a half, bungalows, split levels, and ranch homes.

Additionally, there are some newer two story homes that have been built in Kingsview Village over the past few years. These are among the largest properties in the neighborhood, with most featuring a front porch.

There are several high rise apartment buildings in the community.
