History

Victoria Park Village was nothing but farmland until 1952, when a group of investors purchased the land with the idea of developing a neighbourhood.

The first residents moved into Victoria Park Village in 1953. Since then, the community has gone through many changes but one thing has never changed: it has always been one of the top middle class neighbourhoods in Toronto.

The majority of the homes in Victoria Park Village were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s, including both detached and semi-detached properties.
