Located in the northern region of the City of Toronto, Newtonbrook is a community with a variety of real estate opportunities coupled with plenty of recreational opportunities. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of custom homes built in Newtonbrook. New home construction is popular on Bayview Avenue, with luxury condos located on Steeles Avenue.
