History
Like many other neighbourhoods in this part of Toronto, such as Baby Point, Kingsway and Old Mill, Home Smith and Company developed Humber Valley Village.
The first homes in this community were constructed in the 1930’s, however, development of Humber Valley Village did not come to an end until the 1960’s.

There are many styles of homes in Humber Valley Village, thanks to the fact that it took roughly 30 years for the neighbourhood to be completed.
Some of the most common styles include ranch bungalows, split levels, and Manor houses.
In addition to single family homes, Humber Valley Village also contains several apartment buildings.
