Located in the beautiful Humber River Valley, Humber Heights attracts residents for a variety of reasons. From the rolling hills to the creek that runs through the community, if nature is your thing you will fall in love in no time.
History
In the early years, Humber Heights was part of the Village of Weston. Over time, it has been known for everything from grist mills to a farming community.
During World War I, many of the farms in the area were subdivided to provide homes for nearby workers. After the war, there was a housing boom that led to urbanization.
The Humber Heights Consolidated School opened in 1921 and is still standing today. Currently, it serves as an adult education center.
