Chaplin Estates may be one of the smallest neighborhoods in Toronto, but its detached homes attract visitors and potential buyers from all over the world.
The majority of the properties in the community were constructed in English Cottage and Tudor style during the 1920’s and 30’s.
Despite the fact that Chaplin Estates is considered a downtown neighborhood, homes are situated on large lots. Along with this, there is a suburban feel that is unrivaled by most communities so close to the city.
Taking the suburban atmosphere one step further, the North Toronto Community Centre is close by. With a gym, swimming pools, exercise room and walking track, residents always have somewhere to visit to stay active.
